Cancellation and retention

Cancel renewal in the dashboard; access continues to the period end. Failed payments have a 7-day grace period. Primary site data is retained for 30 days after suspension. Service-managed deletion snapshots expire within 35 additional days. Separate restricted disaster-recovery archives may retain deleted data for approximately six months. Deletions are reapplied before restored data returns to use.

Consumer withdrawal

Before ordering, you receive withdrawal information and a model form. Starting service during the 14-day period requires your express request when you approve the order.

Acceptable use

Illegal content, attacks, malware, spam, credential abuse and resource mining are prohibited. Hard safety limits protect other customers.
